Hi parents
I was looking through the school website to check out the enrichment programs available. I simply could not believe the number and variety posted in the folder! Just name it and they have it; even a brain power program which claims to be backed by the principal and parents!
It makes me wonder if Nanyang’s pupils do so well due to enrichment programs or due to the school’s own academic program? Any comments from parents? -

Hi, verykiasu2010, sadly, that's no more morning assemblies at the basketball court in the morning this year. All students (except P1, who stay in the hall) go straight to their classrooms. Must reach school before 7.25 am, all singing/pledgetaking done by 7.30 am, and lessons start promptly at 7.30 am. Initially the P said mass assembly at bc on Mondays. Now even for Mondays, students go straight to classroom. Sad, cos I felt the morning assembly is a good way to build and experience the school spirit.

Really? My P3 dd told me she (and her classmates) stayed in classroom on Monday leh? :? She reached school at around 7.10 am last Monday, so I asked her if she went down for assembly after she put her schoolbag in her classroom, she said no, everybody in her class stayed in... -
