Yes, I attest to the fact that steam cleaning works.

I do not own a steam cleaner, but engage professionals to have it serviced and steam clean them few times a yr.

I am one happy mommy today... Sat on my kitchen floor and lovingly feel the tiles' smoothness! You should go get one and do your own aircon. Other brands may be less pricey...

Thanks. Will most certainly keep your advice in mind.

Always have the impression that steam cleaners are very bulky. But I'm sure they would have newer and lighter models now.

Karcher is a very good brand to invest in :celebrate: :celebrate:
Do you have any idea if those Rainbow or Delphin machines can do the job too?

My apologies Happy Mama, I have no idea :imsorry:

This is one research project that I won't be taking up for a while.

After the the bread maker, I am now going to focus on water purifier. Maybe after that. This one has been KIV-ed because of the z machine šŸ˜„ šŸ˜„

I thot those were vacuum? Anyway, as far as vacuums go, I Got the Dyson bag less one. I was warned by a friend that water - based vacuum cleaners are susceptible to fungal growth in the water tank. The spores come right out the back after the air bubbles through the water.

But maybe their technology has evolved since 8 years ago?

  I thought they were capable of \"sucking\" out the dirt too, since water turns black when cleaning carpets... šŸ˜‰

I wish I saw that thread earlier. I lugged my bread maker back from France.

By the way, Happy Mama, a steam cleaner cleans by shooting super hot steam out from a pressure boiler. It melts oil sufficiently that you can mop off with cloth. And it kills all mould, plus bacteria.

The germ equivalent of a nuclear weapon in the hands of a mommy intent on sparkling clean.

I've been using it for the last 9 or 10 years. I paid around S$2,000 (+/-) cannot remember already. It's really very good. Initially I was so excited that I used it to wash my face every night. Haha! They tested on plants and plants got very vibrant after being watered. šŸ˜‰

Oh you can check out this link http://www.elken.com/ šŸ˜‰
