But Also Heard that the Place is Very OLD and RUNDOWN, Will Need Major Renovation / Upgrading ....

they will probably tear down the old building and build a brand new campus, if that is the confirmed location

Oh To Tear Down and Re-Build ....
That Will Take At Least 2 to 3 years!

If there are still cca trials going on, then the CONFIRMED list is DEFINITELY not up. If i never remember wrongly, as of now, the list of names are only of those who will be CONSIDERED. only when all trials are closed, can you start choosing the cca you want, whereby you are CONSIDERED in the first place.

but if it is already up. i think students portal, right side of screen, there should be a link somewhere there..hmm..

:? :?[/quote]The plan/proposal is indeed to tear down and rebuild the Westlake/Braddell campus. It's also supposed to house a boarding school when ready. But MoF hasn't approved the $$ yet...

IMHO, whatever cost they incur to build the new campus, it is more than offset from the value they get from the land released for commercial / residential use at Anderson road. NOT zero sum game for the gahmen........

RGS’ present campus at Steven Road is very expensive prime land. Many sharp eyed vultures have already been eyeing this piece of land years ago. Is just a matter of time that RGS will be "kicked out" from it.

I just confirmed with my batch's vice-head prefect. RGS will be relocated to Braddell Westlake, it is a bridge across the backgate of RI(JC) plus a short distance away. no worries, bus 156 reaches the nearest bus stop.
