Okie, just want to share that the lady promoter at Tangs was very nice.
She recommended this bread making recipe book to me, saying that once I become an old hand at it, can buy this book. The author has tried bread making recipes on machines with 3 different types of capacity - small, medium and large and provided recipes for that. So she said I can use the recipes intended for small capacity when I use the z machine.

I just bought a can of powdered milk from the supermarket. Can't remember the brand. It's something the family can drink.autumnbronze:

Just need some recommendations. The recipe calls for dry milk. What shd I use?? I do not buy powdered milk.

you can try using freshmilk.
I replaced water to freshmilk for my raisin bread, based on the recipe.
if I didn't remember wrongly, the Severin has wholemeal recipe. if you can wait, I'll pm you tonight. all measurement are in grams and ml for flour and water. -
