You are changing just because of the location? Isn't it a pity to release your DD's seat, when there are so many people out there in the queue dying to get in, but have not been shortlisted?

since this semester the session change to morning, my kid looks tired and seems her sleeping not enough everyday, and i'm not sure TLL brought her how much result... i'm considering whether it will be worth while...before i didnt know any other brand center except TLL, recently i heard this mind stretcher, sounds Mind Stretcher is also very good? :roll:

have you consider TAS at Bukit Timah Shopping Centre? Many Pei Hwa students are there...

btw, how is TLL? is there plenty of hw to do? I am considering changing from TAS to TLL. Not that TAS is no good, but i have my reason for changing....

but PH's EL SA2 always came with OE comprehension, but i felt the kids were not given enough practices in this area...

I second this. My dd only scored like three marks or so for that section.

TLL's exercise is more challenging, the comprehension focus on current affairs and politics. TLL's hw not very much, normally only one composition, my dd write english composition very fast, can be finished in 10min. but CL composition, cannot be finished within 1hour. :oops:

Any person reading PH thread better not be a parent, or else he/she definitely won’t consider having kids. Is the way of life for kids now ? So pitiful. Son’s wall has several 3M post-it to remind mummy which areas need to be improved…these areas which need to improvement are derived from son’s school worksheets like synthesis, not assessment books.

It’s just crazy.

Son's 12 pages of Maths homework came from 'My Pals Are Here' Maths Homework Book...just paid $10.40 for A & B...strange these books were not included in booklist then. PH homework is really over-kill.
After 2 years of seeing his CA1 results plunge to Band 3, I really don't want him to be so disappointed. He has to work every hard to pull up for SA2 but damage is already done...too late.
