Any parents in Innova? I am staying within 2km of Innova, attracted by the new school and pics I have seen from their webby. Considerations being those schools that are within 1km from me are \"hot\" schools 😢 and i do not like to \"squeeze\" so as to speak.

Like to hear from parents whose kids are in innova. 🙂

Hello, where are the north side parents? Your input are greatly appreciated. I need your comment/info on Si Ling Primary. SOS!

My nephew is in Si Ling Pri since 2007 to study Prii 1 when she was here to study in SG as she is from China. She was very weak in English. Her Chinese & Maths is excellent and she is TOP in chinese in her class. Her English managed to get a 60 marks in year end exam after she attended the LSP (Learning Support Program). Overall, she is able to cope well in Pri 1 and no longer in LSP for Pri 2. She has since been withdrawn from the school to return to China to further her study there.

              Hope this helps.

in woodlands, woodgrove and evergreen can be considered as the more 'desired' schools. However, i heard from my friend that woodgrove exam papers are ridiculously difficult.

i think woodlands pri has BAS care. One or two years back i saw on TV news that the sch introduced a special reading programme for their students, although i can't recall the details.

tat's all i know, hope it helps.

I was wondering if any of the mummies/daddies in this forum can share some their views on Woodlands Primary School. I actually did PV at Evergreen Primary (also in Woodlands) but am seriously thinking of registering my girl in Woodlands Primary. Thanks.

Hi k_s_cheong, do you mind sharing why you are considering to drop Evergreen after completing the PV? If you prefer to share privately, please send me a PM.

                    Thank you in advance!

                      Hi All…

Any chance of going to Admiralty if I live >2km? ( I am going for 2C) Since 2003 is has lowest birth rate? I know they also reduced the number of class too…
It’s 128 places left of 300 after 2A2? Any other good school to consider? I want those school that focus on character development…

                      Thanks///

VT, there is still one more day of 2A2 today and phase 2B too next week. Assuming around 50 applicants for 2B this year (there were 53 applicants under 2B last year), final places left for 2C would be 70~80 places I guess.

Last year there were 103 places for 2C yet balloting was conducted for those staying within 1km. I would say chances are pretty slim if u stay out of 2km..
