For both kids, I will just go ahead to buy 'Conquer' range. I bought Longman Maths and Science weekly for my son in P5 this year.

If possible, compare the content page.
I copied out those connectors used in worksheets from school and compared the assessment books which have most of the connectors. It's not possible to find ALL in one book, you are lucky if there are 2 books which would have most of them.

I didn't get Editing & Punctuation anymore...not bcos son is good in it but there are far too many sections which require intensive attention.

It's looks like you got all the available titles for Synthesis & Transformation.
I bought the conquer one for p1/p2 we practice n practice. now, whenever she see the conquer book she feels :x . so got the longman p1/p2 combined book. not bad, larger prints, explenation is there too.
can you tell me about the casco. is it comes with the explenation?

I must admit for Synthesis, I did get quite a few titles. :oops: extremely KS. Took out the P1/2 Longman with the intention to teach daughter 'because' as it's in her Term 1 syllabus...but she looked at me blankly.

Daughter came back with another set of worksheets…from Stellar program…few pages of reinforcement under articles (a/an/the), pronouns (he/she/we/I) as well as synthesis & transformation teaching ‘and’…many mistakes, so will have to explain.

Son saw the worksheet and said, ‘What :!: ? She is taught synthesis in Primary 1 ?’ Then he had another shock when saw a page in her Maths file on Heuristics.

I must also :!: - your girl in P1 and the worksheets very \"chim\" leh - btw, can tell me more about synthesis? I try to get some books to read from Popular but this afternoon when I was there - unable to see one ....And wanting to buy P3 CL Comprehension for my DD1, also there are not much choice :stupid: ....Check with the sales staff and he said,\"Oh, the stocks for CL Comprehension will only come in next week; most sold out after the CA1!\" :shock:
