For now ...
after term 1 they will be chasing the girls in the field during recess time
DS told me he is sitting next to a tall gal at the back. He said that she's very hardworking cos today during free time she was reading the ε₯½ζε mag instead of chit chatting like the rest of them. But nevetheless, he is not going to mix too much with her cos he prefers boys.
Then there's this chatterbox gal who was told to sit alone by herself cos she can't stop talking in class. I wonder what other story is he going to share with me tomorrow? -

Iirc, comfy didn't prepare her dd at all. She only knew about these tools after her dd got selected.
comfy last time see you low low profile ...
but preparing so hard :!: :!:
all is worthwhile right? -

Thanks to all the warm welcome. Yes, E3, the ICAS topics do include all subjects. Infact, there are papers for P2 even. So parents of P2, you can have a headstart if you want to. Ha..... really KS, right? But then, if you look at some top schools, I realise some P2 has already exposed to such papers. So PHPPS is consider 'late'. I only find out ICAS when PHPPS ask stds whether they want to register for such papers. If is a real pity, as I find the papers really interesting esp the English papers. They are really different from sch. papers. Really open your eyes. The sci for P3 covered certina topics that are not cover by in our school syll. Good for general knowledge.comfy:

all is worthwhile right?[/quote]Ha.. ha.. what do u mean by low low profile? Do u mean that I prepare my DD for GEP? Well, IMHO, I don't know what to expect for GEP screening/selection test. So how to train? It is only after DD sit for it then I realise that those resources that I metioned/shared are good exposure/ training sort of. Start asking my DD how is the papers/ what is it like? KP abit here and there. That why I am pleasantly shock that she was selected for GEP. Most of all, I know that most of the GEP stds from PHPPS simply love to read and read alot.

Erm, but ds's handwriting is quite ugly leh. I can just imagine next time ds is the cailgrapher and I'm the ink mixer (like in olden days the δΉ¦η«₯ will prepare the brush for the ε°η·).

If I remember correctly hor. When I do presentations, I'll use this phrase when I'm unsure of what I'm saying, sort of like a face-saving caveat. -

Yes, it is. Too lazy to spell it out. Sorry abt that. PHP, if you are interested, I think Maths Olympiad (Junior 2) for P2 & 3 by Terry Chew is good enough. Didn't try the P3 & P4, not much time and too difficult for DD to attempt.
Is it Olympic math?php:
what is OLP math?
