My DS's Sch bag easily weighs 5 kg at least! No matter how he tried to clear, he said everything else is needed. Lately he seems abit hunched forward. I wonder is it due to having to balance himself. This yr Sch removes the lockers so everything is on his back. Heartache when I see him carry the bag!

I am so with you on this . I dont see why the school provide lockers just for the kids to put nothing much in it!! Plus we had to pay for the lock. And yes, my boy's bag is just as heavy. Very bad for their growing backs. This problem has been troubling me since they are in primary school. However, school doesn't seems to help out much on this issue. Whenever you ask the children what is needed in the bag, they will say all needed ! Guess there is no way we can help the children in this issue ! :x

Would like to ask during the CA (24/2 - 28/2), are the kids allow to leave after the CA papers ? or do they have to stay and continue with the class lesson just like in primary school ? same for SA.
