Yar lah...give govt for what...don't have to do anything, just collect money...when maids give us problems, can we ask govt for help ? No, they will tell us, they don't get involved with domestic issues.

Boys must pull up the skin to wash the underneath or infection will set in...for girls, it's impt to wipe their bums properly after doing biz or there will be infection. Hygiene is equally impt for both sexes.

It's girls that you need to find the hidden bits! I have 3 boys - i know lah. I just carry the baby to the sink, splash with the tap and some soap and done. You use wipes ah? Take long time. If girl - got to open up some more and find! *urgh* How explicit you want me to get?
