Which cheese did you use this time Schweppes?

I used shredded cheddar cheese this time round. I think cheddar goes quite nicely in baked bread

Oh, I also mixed milk with the water to fill 2/3 liquid. It was about 1/2 cup water and the balance with milk up to the 2/3 mark. For some reason, I think the milk brings out the intensity and flavour of the cheese.

Wow, this thread moved 7 pages since my last login yesterday morning before I left the house! Going out soon, but thought I might as well read through and answer some of the posts before I go out for the day.

Chief, :thankyou: for the challenge and of course the KPs! It was fun re-living childhood memories with that colourful bread. Now can go and use the KPS for my groceries when the shops open again!

Hi Blobbi :imanisland: Nice to see you around here! Yes, there's some sort of super-yeast being used in this thread, it's been putting on weight day after day, sometimes put on so much weight that I have difficulty catching up!
