      schweppes:
After all the CNY feasting, decided to have a simple meal at Bedok Food Centre for dinner. A lady came to the hawker centre wearing a white polka-dotted bikini top and shorts. :!: She even has 3 kids in tow 😐

I think she made a few ah peks go
She purposely want to show-off to you that she didn't gain
anything after CNY feasting despite having 3 children in tow.. šŸ˜‰

AND.... she can flaunt a polka-dotted bikini top like no one can..
especially NOT after CNY feasting. Known to make ppl look
      err.. ya know? Big? 😐

It's back to school tomorrow...I think this time, going back to school is FOR REAL. The past 1 month has been a little draggy. Told my son to wake up and buck up...CA1 is just end of Feb.

ya ... DS had post-holiday blues just before bed time.

Yup...same here. Son also had the blues last night. But daughter happily packed her bag and is all excited to go back to school. Characters so different.

had a slight change of plans this year, normally the 3rd day gathering will be at my mum's but since mum was not feeling well, all decided to gather at my house.

Mini crisis as my fridge was totally empty. My sis and my cousin suggested ordering KFC and Pizza but the thought of eating that after the 1st 2 days of feasting was totally unappealing. So I went to NTUC early Saturday morning, bought some chicken and mee tai bak. Cooked mee tai bak for lunch and abalone porridge for dinner. After so many meals of big fish, meat and seafood, everyone was mighty happy with simple food. šŸ˜‰

Even dinner at my friend's ended up being teo chew porridge. Where in the past it will be beer and wine and all sorts of stuff, this days it is simple porridge and we were sipping tea and coffee after dinner instead of beer or wine. And conversation was about lao hua yan affliction. Sure signs of aging.
