definitely some where some one in China is doing for SIA

flying on SIA almost weekly on average, spoken to many of these Chinese SIA girls...mostly on China routes though, don't meet them on my flights to US / Europe though

Definitely not on US/Europe Flight. Somehow when returning home from Overseas, boarding a SQ flight .. make me feel as though I have reached home when I board the flight. Love SQ.

Yes, my family loves SQ too. Service is really good and it makes you feel at home the moment you step in. SQ girls are very good with kids too... and they make an effort to greet my DD by her name the moment she takes her seat. Makes DD feel so great and important. πŸ˜‰ πŸ˜‰

I apologise first for being critical, but some of them had quite bad complexion and teeth in the last couple of flights that I had taken.

I have to say that looks aside, most of the SQ stewards and stewardesses are good in their service, but recently, come across some Korean ones (not great-looking even!) who weren’t too friendly, wonder if it is a language thingy or just some black sheeps…

Even if bad mood, I believe that front line staff (actually this shd apply to all working staff lah) must should put aside their personal grievances and serve to the best of their ability. Its only professional. Of course it'll help if one can talk it out in order to feel better but if duty calls, then duty calls.

As an ex-educator, even if I had/was having a bad day, I still have to put on a smile and move on to the next class or meeting.
