      Hi there,

A university friend of ours, whose is British, is down for a short visit and has a 6 year old son who loves watching National Geographic and building with Legos.

He is leaving on Saturday and I am at a loss as to what to buy as a gift for his DS.

      Would really appreciate some input.

      MTIA πŸ˜„ πŸ˜„

what about some spiderman lunch boxes or any type of lunch boxes for kids. they need to pack fruits/snack to school daily in most schools. throw in a nice waterbottle too and fork and spoons.

i dont seem to find them in london supermarkets/shopping mall.
what they have are just lunch bags or plain tupperware to put food in.

dont buy too big an item otherwise they have a problem with the luggage weight.

You can go National Geo shop at Vivo and get him a nice t-shirt or other stuff there.

Or buy him a giant kite to fly back home.
There are a few kite online stores in sg. Just google.

Or buy him a soccer ball. A ball is a very boy thing.

                    Hi,

How about buying something that is Uniquely Singapore? If the child is into collection of stuff around the world, a small package gift consisting of all stuff Uniquely Singapore (e.g. Merly, collar pin, key chain, novelty stuff) can be interesting (do you know that there is even a β€˜Uniquely Singapore’ Monopoly board gameset available?).
