I agree, bishan is overpriced but it is central and the environment seems quiet and nice for the one I went to view it is at Brighthill Drive nearer Thomson side.
And if you are talking about location, why would you want to consider another place (although condo) at another ulu location? -

Yes, Stirling road and Jalan Bahagia. If done up nicely can look very nice. But I agree they are small but I heard that it is very hard to get a unit.ccgoh:
