      hquek:

Brighthill area is quiet and nice; but then will there be any issues on major religious holidays? Not sure how the traffic condition be like during Qing Ming for example.

And if you are talking about location, why would you want to consider another place (although condo) at another ulu location?
I did ask about whether the ashes will fly to the house during Qing Ming..

I was thinking if condo will fetch better price when we sell next time.

Btw, anyone heard of HDB terraces? Worth to consider?

Whampoa and Queenstown areas. Quite small also.

Yes, Stirling road and Jalan Bahagia. If done up nicely can look very nice. But I agree they are small but I heard that it is very hard to get a unit.

What about proximity to schools where your kid(s) is or will be studying? Gotta think of public transport convenience if your kids are of age to travel on his/her own and rely on public transport. I like having the MRT at my doorstep, even if it's a 20minutes ride to town 😄

Have u visited any HDB terraces? Been to one, don't quite like it cos I find the unit very dark, not much natural light streaming through.

True, being near MRT is important. But right now i ferry the kids, perhaps when kids are old enough to travel, we might move again.

I have not been inside a HDB terrace but just been outside the Jalan Bahagia area. I really like it but I know the reno is going to cost a lot.
