I asked him just now when in the bookshop..he told me dont know. Sigh. But i know some classes were assigned locker since week 2 or 3.
My girl told me they do not have individual locker or shelf but the teachers do have a cupboard to keep the books/worksheets etc for the kids in each classroom...brownie_06:
Hi...
Like to check whether any of your kids are assigned locker in school? Just now when I sent him to school, he asked me to go to the book shop to get a lock for him. I asked him whether he has a locker, he said no.
Thanks!
My girl also asked me to get a lock but after some questioning, she said it was because a friend of hers had this number lock so she wanted to have one too... So mayb you ask you son why he needs the lock....
My boy Grammar book is with Ms Toh. He brought to school together with the word bank book. But he brought the word bank book home, but the grammar book, I think Ms Toh kept it. -

My girl also want me to get a lock for her. She told me that she was given a locker where she can put all her colour pencil/crayon and art and craft things.

I have been wondering what is the word bank book for? It's for English lessons?
Hi brownie_06, I think my girl's grammar book is at home... I am confused... -
Please check the school’s website for some news & important information on PAL and assessment matters.

Thanks for the info !
Yup, my DS has a personal locker. He has a jacket inside (in case he is cold) But I think he brings all books home. -
Think am not in favour of lockers coz will jus leave books there and not revise/forget/waste time retrieving. Unless walking home, not that much time spent lugging things around.
Thanks for the shoutout on assessment matters! -
Word bank is for use in school and at home to record new words learnt. My son has some entries already.
-
Grammar book, my kid’s teacher used it once so far. But he brings it to and fro everyday.

Hi parents of Pei Chun,
I believe some of you must have been a parent volunteer of Pei Chun before. Care to share some of your experience with me?
I intend to join the PV for the sake of my son. Was wondering what are some of the skills of parents the schools is looking for.
Many thanks!
