Sinus Headache

Anyone experiences the above?My friend’s son has sinus and has headache quite frequently.I wonder TCM helps?Any good suggestions or remedies.

Hi kitty, TCM will help but must have patience. For headache, can go to medical hall and ask for the following:

chuan xiong, bai zhi, tian ma, with wolfberries. Boil this to drink twice a week, it is a very good formula for headache.

When I was young, my mum always boiled this for me as I always have headache. Recently, one of my customer also boiled for her son and now her son has stopped complaining about headache already.

As for sinus, it will be tougher to cure. You might want to ask your friend to try those ready-made TCM medication for sinus and see if it helps first. If not, then see a physician to get prescription.

My elder boy used to get headaches too. After a year of TCM treatment, the frequency of headaches has lessen. Sadly this TCM physician has gone back to China. Before he left, he made a bottle of medication for my boy.

sinus can be caused by allergens in the air… allergic rhinitis or sensitive nose is quite common in singapore and it can manifest in the form of sinus… my brother has it as well. if ur kid sleeps in aircon(best not to with his condition), make sure the aircon filter is cleansed regularly.

U can buy from watson or pharmcy.
TCM also have n they r cheaper abt $32 per bottle of 60
I used the Red Sun more x $85 for 90cap
