        Hi funkymonkey,
Wow...that's quite a fair bit of maths HW for LSM. Other than the HW, did your DD enjoy her lessons with Ms. Sng? Hope she had fun.

Yes, good luck to all the P1 gals with their MT CA1 on 16-18 Feb. :ugogirl:

Cool!!! It's really good to hear that your DD enjoys her maths lessons with Ms. Sng. It really makes a BIG difference to a kid if the teacher is patient. Many a times, kids don't dare to ask questions because the teachers are fierce. Wonderful news for you & your DD that Ms Sng is willing to explain many times. Btw, is LSM conducted once a week?

No,LSM is 8 periods per week and the gals are taken out during their regular math class into another class max size 8 gals.
Thanks for your moral support.I'm just happy and comforted that my gal is learning and she is happy...no matter how \"backwards\"anyone else might think of her

Hi Tinkerbell, thanks for letting me know that it is about that week. Wow, you all are very fast with keeping up with this forum. So sorry, I only get to check it every few days as really don't have the time to sit down much. Running around too much. Life in Singapore is really a rat-race. Hardly have time to quieten down. Well, got to go. Thanks to all of you, at least I get the chance to read about what's going on in MCS! πŸ™‚ Thank you! :thankyou:

Thanks Tinkerbell, I was just wondering when I can visit the school. Wrote them an email but never got a reply. Guess everyone's busy with the CNY holidays :). At least now I know about when the open house will be, thanks for info :). I suppose I hv to find out from the school website for the actual day, correct?

                  Hi Gin,
In the past few years, MCS Open House was held in May (the last week of the sch term). If there are no changes this year, guess the open house will be sometime between 23/5 - 27/5. Ya, definitely a good idea to check the sch's website in May to confirm the actual day.
