HiHi Parents,
I am new! My child is in 1D.
Hi kanyaramesh,
Nice meeting a parent whose child is in the same class as my girl.
Nice to meet you too! Do you know when is the book fair? I have already sent the photo to the teacher.
Cheers! -

Kit, cody,
I am still sourcing for costume. Will have to workout this weekend. Will let you know soon.
But what are they expected to do - any ideas?
DS said he has to say a few lines as the character . But am wondering is it within the classroom or in assembly hall? Assembly would be too intimidating to DS i think and he may just clamp up . -

If selected, your child will have to go on to the stage.
Prizes will be given out to the best dressed.
Parents can go to school on Fri to help your child dress up.
Rehearsal on Mon Feb 21 (no costume). -
Thanks cody.

Hi Cody,
If the child is not selected, do they still need to dress up as book characters on Fri? Do they wear the costume throughout the whole day or must bring a set of school uniform to change? Thanks!
My girl is not selected. -

hotmocha, i can't answer your question cos i dunno either.
I was just repeating the info from the letter to parents.
If i were in your shoes, i'd put my child in the school uniform, and bring the costume along to change into if necessary.
