The other time when I submitted my home-cooked recipe : Mei Cai Kou Rou (ζ’…θœζ‰£θ‚‰),

no photos to go with it as i did not cook this dish.

Today, happened to cook this dish, manage to take a photo of it.

Here it goes…….Enjoy your E-Lunch or E-dinner, goes perfectly well with a bowl of steamed rice.

oh yes, steamed buns go very well with 扣肉
for 扣肉 alone, need to tweak the recipe a bit.

when will yr turn to cook it ?? πŸ˜‰

My family is now addicted to my Kou Rou dish and I've cooked it 3 times in 2 weeks already... but always without the Mei Cai (coz mei cai a bit difficult to get it since I don't go to wet market).

Both of them like the dish so much and will be rushing for it whenever I cook it... Sense of satisfaction... πŸ˜„

By the way, I've already bought the Elephant brand black sauce. πŸ˜‰

:whut: Bread for dinner?!! :!: But they'll be very happy tho πŸ‘…

Actually must confess that I'm not a good cook when it comes to Chinese or Asian meals. I prefer to cook Western meals. Find it easier and less complicated. Tend to watch Starhub's TLC cooking shows for recipes. Then I'll try and replicate them at home πŸ˜‰

Anyway, finally decided to cook Carbonara Linguine for dinner tonite. Yumz... 😎

Here is a recipe for those don't know how to cook. Never cook before also OK. You only need to know how to press a button.

                        Ingredient:
chicken wing - 2KG (I feel mid wing better)
Soy sauce - 1/3 bowl (small bowl la)
Coke - 1 can (not diet coke la)
                        that's all

Wash the chicken wing, put in rice cooker, put in soy sauce and coke, press the button. Done! When the button pop up, the dish is ready. Initially, I don't believe but you will be surprised.
