This thread is about 2009 COP for 2010 Secondary 1 and RI's 259 has already been taken into account. So I think we should avoid posting misleading and confusing information especially at this time since the PSLE selection of schools has just ended.
Fine to start a new thread to collate the 2010 COPs for 2011 Sec 1 intake, but not okay to revive this thread to confuse others. -

Since the article date is "Thursday, November 18, 2010", I thought it is for 2011.
Since this date itself is before PSLE 2010 result, it must be for 2010.
