500+ to join, 28 (I think) annual fee. But if you/your child attends lessons at the SHHK ACT, you get 10% off school fees.

As for who gets the letter, it depends on demand. If there are less demand vs supply, I imagine nonid 2 years also can get letter. But if there are a LOT, then the requirements will be tighten accordingly.

Expensive? It depends on how much you want to get your child into these highly coveted schools affiliated to the clan. If you had gone through the thread of Clan Membership, you would realise that there was no lack of demand (i.e. many people want to sign up as members of SHHK).

Ha ha... it should be one time payment. If be member just pay and get in. If PV then will depends on the luck on whether you can get in

sure or not, u mean being a member guarantee get in ? this is now what i know. being HHHK , RC memeber, & PV same level for chances for ballotting
