DS school teachers all asked for parent's signature.

Actually I don't think it matters who sign....the school just want the assurance all info are correct.

I supposed DS school a little more KS, just want the parents to confirm info is correct instead of letting the kids do the confirmation.

We too received the form. Sent back already.
Just curious, who signed the form. DS had already signed the form and was so proud to show me his signature. Just verified with him and he confirms that the form teacher asked the students to sign, not the parents. Is it the say way for you?

DD told me that her FT asked them to sign the form at sch after checking through all the details. She has submitted the form up so I haven't seen it.

Thanks, Trex8.[/quote] :booboo: I was having dinner and was thinking aloud to myself and thought that $180 is hefty for a local exam. DD heard me and told me that it is $18 and not $180. So I immediately log on and corrected the figure.

Probably got mixed up with the $150 that I need to pay for SOTA DSA ...
