Child care is not at the kindergarten along upper serangoon road. It’s at the church at Jalan Lateh. Feedback from friends is not so good, but I think it’s one of the most affordable childcare.
As for the kindergarten, I will not recommend it. Too many changes in recent years, it has gone out of focus and very commercialized now. A better alternative around this area will be Paya Lebar Methodist Church further up the road, or Bethesda at Serangoon Ave 3. Both are high in demand so have to book early. All 3 schools’ fees are quite similar, but these 2 schools teach a lot more. -
