Mango is my favourite de mah....so thought of throwing some into the bread!
Nope, I used 7D dried mango. Fresh ones too wet :roll: , duno how much to reduce for the water portion..
used mango fruit juice to replace water and omitted the sugar. I like the colour too..so yellowish, taste just nice
