in that case … st nick Secondary old girls are really very, very lucky!

because their daughters can still enter st nick Primary, even though the parents may not have studied at st nick Primary before.

this is in great contrast to my friend … who was from NYGH Secondary, but could not enrol her daughter into NYPS, because her primary school wasn’t NYPS. She joined NYGH Secondary AFTER NYPS split from the Nanyang alumni, not BEFORE.

Bc NYGH & NYPS are not considered a \"full school\". CHS is similar to St Nics.

affiliated all the way but will have caveat : minimum score is needed ... time will tell what it will be when the IP school is started.

as in NYGH's case the affiliation from NYPS must have minimum 250, the top10% benchmark by MOE

it won't be as low as today, so still must study hard

affiliation will most likely continue, but the standard will be up-ed, exactly SCGS is doing that now

Of course they will continue the affiliation from primary to secondary school. The school will be offering two tracks - O levels and IP. IP will only be offered to the better students.

CHS principal said this week that minimum for IP would be at least 250, altho' they are not 100% sure yet, but certainly at least 250.
