why Laura Star...probably cos i am overwhelm by the demo. if it can cut down ironing time n the price comes down...i might just bite the bullet & get it.

tried ceramic knife before. cutting through breast meat which have been deboned…it broke. from then on, i stick with my stainless steel knife.


i hv knives ranging from afew hundred to under $50. doesn’t mean expensive is good & unfortunately, as a consumer, we are not allowed to "test use" knife. so imo, buying a knife is very subjective, you have to hold it and pretend using it to know the feel.

Do you bring electronic gadgets to the pool? If you do, wouldn’t you be extra vigilant to ensure it doesn’t come into contact with water? If worse case it does, why hold other responsible unless it is outright intention?

Just like another "kum gong" incident that happened yesterday at AMK Hub. A mother brought her 4yr old son along for shopping. Never watch carefully and son goes missing. Mother went to customer service and seek assistance. Escalated into a shouting incident…only hear the mother shouting at customer service staff.

IMO, if no one looks after son, bring along must take precautions like putting a baby leash etc. But, ytday, the mother wasn’t alone.

So, very often we must learn to reflect on our actions before blowing up at others.

I had read many parents commented \"never regretted to send my dd to St Nick\" or students commented \"never regretted to study in St nick\" because of their family oriented environment and moreover now it's a top sec IP school somemore. Alot of parents are so desperate to send their dd in even for primary level so as to easily afflicted to secondary level...until ......I was very concerned when recently my friend commented that St Nick is a bad environment as it is famous for its openly lesbian environment. I would like anybody who can share with me is this true or just their jealously comments? I know most schools, not only girls school,are bound to have some lesbian; but to be openly lesbian and the most lesbian school? Is it true?

I myself had a colleague who became lesbian because at the age of 20+ she broke off with her boyfriend and she was comforted by a butch. My colleague is very beautiful (turned down SIA offer just to be with the butch) with no lack of admirers.

Therefore, doesn't mean being in an all girls' environment will distort their sexual orientation.
