Compreh skills are not taught in classroom.

Deep thinking skills are to be encouraged bcos upper pri lvl compreh needs to think for in-depth answers.

Oh really? Calling Trapwithin, last order cancelled. I repeat last order cancelled πŸ‘… .

Pls tell ds to continue thinking of more chiem qns to ask me. DS likes to ask me qns about religion.

My standard reply is always 'How do I know, when you die you ask God yourself lah.' .

You read wrongly liao .. I rejected your order .. and put in a new order fro you. πŸ˜‰
His qn so chiem .... I rather be the one asking him and not let him ask me πŸ˜‰

Today is last paper...I'm sure that would be the best medicine for him. Maybe you can give him some medicine to sleep and relax after the paper today. Have you thought of picking him after the exam to go home and rest ?
I control my son's ice cream and chocolate since 2 weeks ago...can't afford to let him fall sick.

I see I see. Mine is drinking only the vit B EOC, not the ones with lysium. I thot she is also taking the Bilberry for eyes as well wolfberry(lysium) in homecook soup, so just let her have the Vit B ones.

The 33% off is only for solid supplement. As for EOC, I usually wait for great promo. The other time, I order 10 half-dozen boxes in a carton for only $100. So 1 box only coat $10. πŸ˜‰
                    wolfberry, Ha Ha ....

                      verykiasu2010:

that is quite true as many compre qns require the kids to read between the lines, read what is not said, read between the letters, then provide the answer, lesser qns with direct-lifting kind of answers

same for both CL & EL
Thanks for the info. DS still has this problem. If qn asks 'Why were the travellers glad to see the well?' His ans will be 'Because there was water.'

But I feel that a more specific ans will be 'Because they were thirsty.'

Then ds will give me a queer look as if to say 'Why are you making me write something that is so obvious?'

Since it is everyday ... then today when she come back, having ice-cream will not be like celebration .. unless it is 20 scoop ice-cream from Sweden ... forgot what it is called ... Earthquake :?

The last time I have it was like 20 years ago.
