      25hourmaid:
Yes, you can keep the balance in the fridge, why not? But make sure you transfer the milk into a glass or plastic bottle. Do not keep the milk in the tin in the fridge. Read somewhere about chemical reaction that can cause contamination.

But seriously, how can one can of 400ml of evaporated milk be too much for a pot of curry? :?

Alternatively, you can also use the evaporated milk with your coffee. :celebrate:
      Thanks maid for your reply.
Oh, 400ml not too much is it? Ok, then I;ll pour the whole can into the curry. πŸ˜„ :offtopic:

Maybe taking more rest after monitoring CA1 πŸ˜„

BTW, for Z owners, please take care of the bottom part of the pan. Don't let any water touch the bottom part as it may spoilt the seal and wet ingredient will leak.
I think this advice applies to all brands as well, not just the Z. Thanks.

For me, I still need to add some water in order to cover all my chicken pieces.

Yes, we are :offtopic: :bewaremod: πŸ˜‰

Rare because we have nothing new to show here anymore, but I am sure the Club Members are still baking breads at home. πŸ˜‰

              Ya that's true. πŸ˜„

You have a good recipe for that? Something similar to Bonjour's BS bread? :?

No, no. I don't have any recipe. I don't bake bread, only enjoy ur ebread and  now and then. I thought ur Z booklet should have the recipe.

Maybe just add some butterscotch chips to the basic bread and also add some butter and sugar for sweetness.

Haha, my next question would be where to find butterscotch chips? :? Have not seen them around in the baking shops that I patronise. :?
