These are a few I am aware of:
Attitude Performing Arts Studio at Bukit Timah Plaza - offers CSTD syllabus;
Jitterbugs - not sure if they still offer tap classes. Non-graded I believe;
Dance Spectrum International at Changkat CC - offers ISTD syllabus.
