this time, no kampong chic to use, so juz normal chic
it's green papaya, not ripe yet, but when u cut open, it do have some reddish flesh.
I will keep your recipe in mind. I want to try it out. Really looks like comfort food.

oh yes, in my previous posting, i did mention fry with few slices (juz 3-4 thin slices) of ginger when frying the chicken pieces,
b4 adding some water to boil......i dunno u read that.
