it showed green in phase 2B, no balloting needed within 1km if u do PV based on the past few yrs statistic. Whereas balloting will be conducted within 1km in Phase 2C (showing red).

Yup, based on past stat, may or may not be true during tat yr. But I would say the best is to go for PV/Clan or RC, even if balloting, higher chance too, less competitive.

Chong fu under Hokkien Huay Kwan, but I’m not too sure how to get in, u hv to read in other thread. PV/Clan and RC all under phase 2B.

First, decide which school / schools you want you child to go, called the school / schools up and ask.

What is the meaning of 'Allied Educators' ?

Allied Educators partner our teachers in and out of the classroom. Allied Educators (Teaching and Learning) work closely with teachers in the classroom to facilitate learning. Allied Educators (Learning and Behavioural Support) assist children with special learning needs and Allied Educators (Counselling) to look into children’s emotional wellbeing. This means that your child’s learning and developmental needs will be more comprehensively looked after by his school.

In line with the enhanced emphasis on non-academic areas within the curriculum, MOE will increase the number of Allied Educators to about 2,500 by 2015 for both primary and secondary schools. The Allied Educators will partner teachers as part of our efforts to build a new generation teaching force.

To maintain the calibre of the teaching service, MOE will also put in place all-graduate teacher recruitment by 2015.
