Facial Treatments

I am also using SKII products plus a facial scrub & foam cleanser from Skin Inc.
Hehe also replenish my stock at the airport. At the very minimum 7% cheaper.
I used to be really lazy with skin care never been for a facial my whole life. My routine last time was just water and off the shelf cleanser. Actually most of the time it is just water.
But age is catching up and I can no longer get away with that. Moreover, the years of neglect is starting to show, pigments and millia seeds.
I have pretty sensitive skin and it seems SKII products suits me best. I must say that just starting on a simple routine of the treatment essence and the whitening source derm definition + sunblock, I have seen my skin condition improving. Problem though is the pigmentation & millia seeds, cannot get rid.
Been wondering about their Spa. Anyone tried? -

This is the strawberry.net website I was referring to. I think there's a German website that has a similar name, that may be where you ended up *hehe*
Hope this helps! -
Hi Funz
Have you ever visited SK II counter at major departmental store. I think they do carry the pigmentation solution. I was given a sample to try but never use it cause I have no issue on that. In the past, I usually buy from these counters and use my membership card to claim freebies. This year, I was given a spa voucher (free for the normal range), present for my birthday.
I did not claim for the free spa as I get very restless lying down for an hour doing nothing. Instead of feeling relax, I will feel stress instead. So free spa is a total waste for me.

Yup, am using some of their whitening products. But it helps to lighten the existing pigments a little and maybe prevent/slow more from surfacing but it does not remove it totally.Hi Funz

Has anyone of you used Clinique before? I have been using itβs foundation and sunblock. Year after year, I would just buy the same range from DFS cos I have very sensitive skin and am not adventurous. Have heard so much about SKII, so wonder if thereβs anyone who can offer any comments with the comparison?

Has anyone used NuSkin products before? My friend recently joined the company (it's a multi-level marketing co) and recommends their AgeLoc products to me. It's supposed to be a breakthru product which includes a massager which use electric current to massage the face (can also use on body and head). She claims the results is like doing a botox. Prices are not cheap and I'm not sure if I should try it.

Oh well I just bought it :moneyflies:
I guess I'm just too desperate. I have pimples coming out non-stop, fines lines and dark circles around my eyes and big pores
Now I'm gonna try it for a month to see if its money well spent

Agree that generally mlm product is a bit ex. I am not sure how Nuskin works. However, recently I joined Tupperware (also a mlm) and started using their beauty product. Bcos I joined as a member, I do get member price and if look at, member price is quite the same as those branded prices such as SKII etc.
I have also tried Elken product and find it much more ex than Tupperware (beauticontrol) product, even for member price. Then for Tupperware, the member fee is just S$35 and if you do use their products for sometime, you will have got back the member fee.
In fact, Tupperware is not like other mlm, must do sales etc etc. As long as in a yr, you purchase more than S$300, then for the next yr you will still be a member. In fact, for the first 2 yrs, they don't even look at how much you have purchase. That is one reason I joined, to enjoy the discount. Then on and off, if can sell some stuff, I sell some stuff.
Of course, that is also provided you meet the right person who sign you up. I do meet pp from Tupperware who tell pp who sign up in their team that every mth must have $200 sales. This is just to help them earn only.
I think generally most mlm are o.k., must meet the correct person and tell you the correct thing. I am quite lucky to meet the correct person.
If anyone interested to know more Tupperware beauticontrol product, I am willing to share my experience on their product for beauty and health. -
Anyone ever heard of Jet Solutions or something like that? I tried a facial with them. Some oxygen and saline solution thinggy. Felt quite nice but dunno whether should invest in more sessions.
