Thanks 25hourmaid for bringing me to this thread.....I love baking, its a form of stress release for me! Having 2 young kids with no maid + endless household chores strain me alot.......my friends always ask me...\"since you complaint no time, where to get time for baking huh?\"...I will tell them that I need to let go \"steam\" inorder to \"recharge energy again\"...to me, baking helps to release the steam and I always feel fulfillment after each bake! Thus I will always try to steal 2-3 hrs every weekend to dish out \"something\" else I feel uncomfortable...I guess I am addicted.
