Nevertheless, I'm Sure U Still Enjoy that FAT DrumStick, Right?
Yalor, I have this problem. That's why I find it difficult to go to poor countries for vacations. It seems so ethically wrong to see hungry beggars in the streets and then enter a restaurant and feast on my fat drumstick. :roll:Funx3:

I think ds not ready for this reality. That time when he was told that in Thailand, 5 yr old kids have to go into rings (muay thai) to fight for a living and they'll get beaten if they cry, he got really depressed for a while. Very sentimental boy.
Of course you dont' call that as vacations liao....very mean
BUT very educational, eye-opener, values teaching and sharing session which is why emersion programmes organise by schools year in year out. Seriously have told my kids if got chance and got $$$, one fine day should bring them to see for their own eyes , the real world out there
Anyway I think I've spoken too much about ds, should change subject liao.

Hi markfch,
I had a patch of baldness late last year...stress lah. When hair started to grow again...whew
...I was relieved, but they were WHITE !!! I dyed just that part but not the roots just to be on safe side. My son said I am a rock star bcos the brown dye faded and now became gold. HaHaHa. -
a patch of white hair?? My mom had that too, definitely stress related... must learn to relax and take it easier..

If they do not give, what is the purpose of CA1, when parents cannot benchmark.Trapwithin:
[quote=\"Mum1113\"]Just for sharing :
Curious why the typical results slip which shows subjects results by level/by class still not out yet, when we already in Term 2 week 2.
Called up GO earlier, and response given was ...\" maybe dont' have this time, still having discussion whether to give or not, if don't give, then have to wait for SA1 results are out...or look out for circular letter informing parents on this matter...\"
Thought it was always a good gauge and good piece of info.
they will release and share it , as in past years.
I really do not like the way they handle things this year.
Too many surprises, they do not know how to handle the parents expectation.
I am also :xedfingers: -

If the balding is from the centre it is due to stress.
If it is from the side and front and move towards the centre .. it is genetic.
Do exercise, it helps to regulate your body and reduce the stress, at night also can sleep a lot better. -

Yeah, my friend also had similar prob. I used oil and hair supplement to stimulate growth. Now that hair has grown, I am very relieved...even though hair is white, I don't bother nor stress over it...enough of stress as it is
...have to learn to let go what is in not in my control.
