Purpose of health booklet is to ensure that all the immunisations done. if online records are not updated, then you should only bring the health booklet. Staff will verify and photocopy (I think). When in P1, they will have to produce that in school again as there is another round in P1 (this is done in school unless parents want to have it done by their own doctors).Checking the immunisations online records, seems like it isn't updated..
Is it important and will the Health Booklet suffice when registering?
thanks -

Just wondering.....what if the child hasn't completed all the immunisation? What if the child hasn't done any immunisation since birth? What will happen? Will the school reject the application? :scratchhead: -

Just to share. my son missed a 18mth MMR 2nd booster as he was sick and we forgot about it after that. They checked and gave that to him when he was in P1. Then at P2, he had to take another injection. So the record was mainly for them to identify if all injections are completed and if the child missed out anything, they will probably give that to him.Checking the immunisations online records, seems like it isn't updated..

You can't. What you can do is to send HPB an e-mail, and provide them evidence that the child has taken that particular immunisation. They will update the records for you. -

Hi,
I find this website regarding immunisations records is very accurate.
However u need TO KEY IN your own SINGPASS and PASSWORDS first, then CHOOSE under CHECK IMMUNISATION, then key in your CHILD BC.
