      Happy Mama:

Wow the buns look very delicious! I love eating tuna and hot dog buns, but not sure how to do it using the machine. Quite troublesome since we will have to manually roll them into shapes.
can make buns with the machine ??
maybe, u'll end up with a huge piece of tuna bun or hotdog bun πŸ˜‰

Happy Mama and Augmum, buns have to be made manually, machine can only help to knead and proof.

Anyone knows where I can find the Japanese red bean paste?

I found the red bean paste at Daiso VivoCity today.

That's why I say it's troublesome to make buns, though they are my favourite.

                  ya, i am aware of...
oh....what i am thinking is after kneading and proofing,
take it out and stuff the fillings in one BIG bun,
next, put it back to bake, possible to do that??

Troublesome yes, but think of the favourite filligs that you can put inside. :celebrate: My boys' favourite so far are the satay chicken sausage you saw the last time and char siew buns. Yummy!
