      Funz, that looks good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks. And it is healthy too. And because the kids get to 'meddle' with the food, they eat more as well.

That's true. Like making your own sushi at home.

Mini beef burgers with portobello mushroom and cheese.

DH and I had the carbo-less version hence the large colandar of lettuce and plate of cherry tomatoes.
              Yummy!

I now prepare burger / sandwiches for lunch once a week (less effort and time needed  ). Varies with ingredients like meat platter (chicken or beef or pork), sausages, ham, fish fillet, eggs (mayo or fried), tuna/ salmon spread, cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce. Can vary the type of bread too. Easy to prepare and kids love them too.

Just click quote on Funz picture post and you can put in your remarks below...like what I'm doing to yours now. If you do not want any part of her quote, just delete the part in between the [quote] will do.

Your boys are so lucky!

They are at this growing stage whereby they are always ramaging the fridge for food! šŸ˜‰

Sounds like my 8-year old son. The moment he sees me after he comes home, he asks what's for lunch. He is the most frequent visitor to the fridge. He knows the fridge better than me šŸ˜„ ! He actually tasted the char siew sauce (used his finger & dipped into it) & asked me what is that bottle of char siew sauce doing in the fridge & requested for fried udon tonight using the char siew sauce šŸ˜„ !
