Your daughter is already in the list of students NUSH will offer a confirmed place. It's well known: All MO Platinum awardees will be offered a place. Being fairly new, NUSH needs students of such background to help get more medals for the school and hence, boost its reputation. You should now start thinking about which school you wish to accept? RGS, NYGH or NUSH? My choice will be clear if I am in your position.

confused, I have not made payment for the Math & Science Camp, but status changed to \"YES\", is it automatically charged to my Credit Card?

My daughter's first choice is RGS, she like RGS more than NUSH and NYGH, but as I knew, no easy to get DSA confirmed offer from RGS.

Yes, even the fees are waived for MO Platinum awardees. So parents, if your child is P4 to P5 this year and is good in Maths, you may want to consider grooming him/her for MO competitions now! :idea:

Don't be like me; I discovered all these 'priviledges' & alternative path to good schools too late. :stupid:

I'm glad that my elder child is already in a very good IP school The curriculum & environment will really help to stretch an already intelligent child who is not matured enough to be self motivated yet. As for my younger child who is taking her PSLE this year, I can only pray that she will come to her senses and put in effort for her exam.

My daughter, 2nd in NMOS last year, gold medal, 3rd in RI maths olympiad, high distinction, she didn't take smops due to her age, has not received notification of GAT from NYGH and shortlist test notice of RGS (She has taken the GAT in RGS last Wednesday）. I'm a bit worried that both schools won't consider her applications. Any advice or further information from both schools?

What do you mean by she didn't take SMOPS because of her age? Isn't she in P6?

NYGH is in the process of notifying students who need to go for GAT so maybe they haven't got to you yet. Anyway, an earlier post said that if you've taken GAT at RGS you don't need to take at NYGH because the scores will be given to NYGH.

I don't think you need to worry too much because obviously she's talented in Math. Did she apply under the Math domain for RGS? How about NUSH?

She is applying RGS under the Math domain and her status of NUSH is the same as wmd's daughter. Anyone received notification of 25th July RGS shortlisted test?
