      Dear longvale,

We welcome both positive and negative postings on service providers from members with more than 20 post counts. We automatically embargo negative posts from members with less than 20 post counts to protect service providers from being victimised by users who sign up accounts just to start a campaign against the provider. While we have been more lenient with positive posts from new users regarding service providers, we are mindful that these posts could well be from service providers masquerading as satisfied customers.

In your case, some members have noted that your enthusiasm in cross posting your satisfaction with a certain mind-training program in a number of threads in our forum does come across as patronising to that specific program. While we remind users that you did not mention the name of that brain training program and so you should not be seen as promoting any specific service provider, we would like to remind you that you have made those postings under an anonymous user ID and incomplete user name, which makes you impossible to be identified in the real world. To claim defamation under such a virtual existence would be difficult to substantiate. At the same time, please note that you have agreed to our http://www.kiasuparents.com/kiasu/content/terms-service-wwwkiasuparentscom when you sign up for your KiasuParents.com account. I will like to draw your attention to sections 10 and 11 of the TOS.

While we appreciate your contribution to the discussions on our forum, we feel that you may not fully comprehend the potential ramifications of participating in open Internet-based discussions. We will therefore accede to your request for the removal of posts that you claim defame you, along with all the other posts which you have made. For your own protection, we have also terminated your KiasuParents.com account, so that you will not have to worry about being defamed anymore.

      Thank you.

Wow interesting! All type of people in this forum… Thks chief for the action to keep this section only to kiasu parents feedback.

For god’s sake, there is another section for marketing of service. If any service provider so stupid as to imitate parent and provide ‘recommendation’, is an insult to our intelligence. As the weblink say - because we are not stupid!

For me, I’m blur, but not stupid hor. :x

I was trying to do a quick check on my son who is now in K1 ... got him to try out the MO for Junior ... and was surprise that he could do about 8 qns in test 1. He sort of good in math and science but his language skill were not good enough for him to really learn by himself.

Also I created a simple game for him to learn how to solve basic simultaneous equation, and he learn that in 1 day ... he can now solve qns like \"there are 15 more apples than oranges, and altogether there are 67 apples and oranges\", and he had also complete the level 1 of Fan's Math Processing. I look at most the math books available in popular, but they all look very dry (even I won't enjoy them when I was young). Wondering anyone know of any good games/toys or things that could help a child to learn math in a much more fun way.

I hope to let him learn in a fun way ... more about multiplication/division/fraction and time/speed/distant concept.
          can try murderous maths.
some parents say it is good...but not sure whether it is too easy for your son... 😄

                    Hi,

I am looking for past copies of NMOS books. Can borrow? If you like, we can exchange resources.

                    Regards,
