      at brmck, only the 3 hrs daily Montessori programme and kids taking piano lessons (the piano is inside one of the classrooms) enrichment programme - are taught by brmck in-house teaching staff.

      all other enrichment programme are taught by external enrichment providers coming down to brmck premises, using the classroom facilities available to teach.

      example:-
      ======
      Chinese speech and drama, Chinese enrichment 3x or 5x per week - by ApplePie.

      ballet - by OKH ballet school (pretty, impressive high standard)

      you can obtain a list of their enrichment programme from general admin office. The list indicates how much enrichment cost fees for each Term, and names of the enrichment providers, offering respective programme.

              brmck Principal very good! Near school dismissal 3 hrs everyday, I enjoy standing at the corridoor, listen to her sweet, sincere, earnest prayers for entire school children’s safe, pleasant journey home, then bring them back safe and sound again back to school next day.

              towards end of school 3 hrs, she will announce over the PA system, in a very gentle, slow, re-assuring voice, for all the little kid’s safety during home journey. Her voice sounds so sweet, like a little angel, asking for God’s gentle protection over all the little children, as they chirpily, happily hop on and board school bus, or parents / grandparents come and fetch them home. Every word she pray is so pure, so innocent, so sweet, so thoughtful, so nice to hear.

              so far, seldom hear school Principal pray for safety, security for their school kids. She is a rare gem!

              Music wise, the current Principal is very talented. She compose her own piano songs, share with her staff school teachers. Sometimes, teachers will play the short musical pieces she compose in class. Simple music, but Very beautiful, very calm and soothing to our soul. Wonderful Principal !

                a number of brmck kids attend 2 kindergarten, all within same brmck premises.

                example:
                ======
                a) AM - attend montessori pre-school (3 solid hrs, everyday Mon - Fri)
                b) PM - attend normal regular school,

                or vice versa.

                some parents like to have the best of both world, for their kids.
                Not contented with just attending the normal regular 3 hrs traditional kindergarten environment, some parents also wish to expose the children to this unique curriculum called Montessori … which is based on sensorial touch and hands on exploring of concrete objects to learn abstract concepts for Maths, Cultural Science, Phonics. Montessori teaches concepts very clear, very concise, very well, step by step. It can help kids establish very strong foundation in english, maths, science when young.

                i would encourage parents to attend both pre-schools concurrently, if possible. The montessori teachers are staff teachers from brmck, not those external vendor. And because it’s all housed inside the same brmck premises, it’s very convenient. No need to ferry your child here and there, cuts down transport time.

                if you put your child here for 2 kindergarten, it is equivalent to putting yr child in a child care centre (minus off all those bathing, sleeping time, etc) … where the kids really learn a lot of things, everyday.

                    you may call up brmck Principal directly to check. Only she can answer you this question, or how far are you in the waiting queue (if any).

                        there are some BRMCK parents staying as far as Serangoon Garden (near 'chomp chomp' makan place) bring kids to BRMCK everyday. These parents either target Rosyth primary school, or target schools located along long Bukit Timah belt.

                        there are also parents staying as far as Choa Chu Kang who send kids to BRMCK. Grand mothers or grand papas fetch them everyday. They take taxis everyday - to and fro, both ways. I asked my ex classmate grandma always first one in the queue, waiting to fetch her grand son home - why dun take school bus, so convenient ? since Choa Chu Kang to BRMCK is so far. She replied her daughter in law worried, since her N1 grandson still so small. So she rather take taxis. On raining days, she will book taxis in for her grandson to go home.

                        Tampines - very, very far to BRMCK. Hardly, Tampines parents will go BRMCK. No school bus means - either grandparents drive everyday to and fro, or mommies fetch everyday. 365 days per year - be it heavy thunderstorm rain or sunshine, is extremely tiring.

                        there are a number of good schools nearer to Tampines.

                        Seeds is one of them:-
