Am sure this also translates to a happy mummy...happy kids....and happy family....how blissful

You and I also in the preparation legwork isn't it.....but still we need breather right....so here we are in KSP
....
Well, other mummies like u said ...why 'no voice' :? Cos they need to practise Oral for next week loh..... :xedfingers:

Aiyo, the heat is really melting me and drawing all leftover energy from me yet it is making my helper happy cos the clothes dry fast. She practically wash and dry almost everything (curtains, floor mats, bedsheets, fabric covers and mops). They smell of the 'sun'. Good also lah.
For oral, I just ask mine to use lead.com to practise and I supervise besides.

[/quote]The 1st sign ... very 1st sign ..
when you reach your 40th Birthday, the government will send you a nice envelope to encourage you to sign up for .... \"ELDERSHIELD\"
Then the following year, they send you brochure to encourage you to do \"medical checkup\" ......
These are the 1st milestones of being \"YOUNG\" :stupid: -

haha....this is what they are hoping for....Trapwithin:
News Flash ...
Parliament Dissolved.
So based on history ..
Nomination Day should be 26th Apr
Polling Day should be 7th May (this GE has 2 \"cololin\" days)
So we parents .... have to teach our kids for SA1 and have no time to go rally liao.
so cannot go too many rallies.

Mine failed one item. What do you call the one that requires them to run as fast as possible to one end and then back? She failed that. She said need to re-take...is that true? I thot once and that's it? Anyway, she is not at all sad, as long as she is not ε ε°Ύ, can liao.
Think it is shuttle run. Most pupils lose time becos of the braking/stopping to pick up the bean bag.
What my elder boy did was: run full speed, upon closing in on the line, stretch out one leg to touch the line, at the same time stretch out the hand to grab the bean bag. The other leg will be slightly bend, turn the body n run back. My P4 boy did the same on a practice during PE, fell down instead becos he stretched out the leg too low. On the actual day, he managed well and passed this test. -

I remembered my army friend during NS doing fitness test. In those days, we were really on the ball and wanted to thrive for gold standard. He did shuttle run, slipped, landed his face straight on to the floor (in those days we tested on roads) and half his facial skin came off. Luckily he broke the fall with his arms. Otherwise maybe permanently disfigured.IJJ:
