I just saw at cold storage.

No intention to make ice cream for the time being, but just curious, which Cold Storage is that? The two I have near my place are out of stock.

they are the emulsifier and the stabiliser used in making icecreams.with these powders icecream making is hassle frree as one common icecream is done and then with this we can make different flavoure as and when needed.

I make ice-cream without these things and they are as hassle free as can be, and they are as good as they are and healthy too, so why the need to add all these things? :?

I think the idea of making ice cream at home is so it’s fresh and doesn’t have all kinds of chemicals and preservatives right? Just like making home made bread.

doing ice creams without them requires the churning the mixture and freezing it atleast 2-3 times, where as with this its instant.so thought of giving it a try. 😄

some chemicals and preservatives are not harmful,so when it gives instant results ,why not give it a try.
