How about the recent bubble tea craze? Like Gong Cha and Koi? They always have long queues.. must be making big bucks from the syrup and water.

This is a good business. The most important is how to make a good quality bubbles tea.

My sister wants to set up a beforeafter school care. Is it worth it? I was advising her not to as now most schools are one session so you can’t earn from the ‘before school’ part.

Any advice on this?

Hi, how about tuition centres? Is it possible to operate a one-man show initially, gradually build up a small reputation in the local area, and then expand with more teachers?

As it's quite inconvenient to operate from home, I'm thinking of getting a shop. With a shop front, I suppose there's a better chance of getting more students. The downside, of course, is rental costs.

Any opinions / advice much appreciated.

Hi,

You still thinking of setting up a centre?
