Wat? From 7-7:30pm can jog, shower and eat dinner.lizhi:
Every day after I come home from work at around 7pm, I would jog down the street and jog back with my dd. After that, then I take a shower and eat my dinner at 7.30pm. I think it is an easy way to exercise.

When I first started walking son to school, I just slipped on the Crocsβ¦but realized there is no support for my feet, esp if I brisk walk back. So I got a pair of walking shoes and my ankles do not ache when I walk fastβ¦donβt think there are 1000 steps to and fro.

As at now, my elder boy has nothing private in his smses, so he is okay with me reading them once a while. He also does not know how he will react if one day there is a pte sms and I read it, whether he will be upset/angry, he cant tell me now. Let's hope when that private sms comes, he will step forward to share it with me :xedfingers:
This will always be a touchy topic. I remembered a few years back, I was quite upset with my friend who mentioned that he sees no wrong in reading his 17 yr old son's sms/email/diary regularly to check what he's up to. My friend's logic is that since he's the meal ticket for his ds, he has the right to do this.JRLam:
We also read that we shouldn't see their sms as that is construed as invasion to their privacy? Then how we know if they are doing something 'wrong' behind our back?
But I thought that we should have moved with the times and these sort of behaviour should no longer be practised. Let's just put it this way, the moment you reveal your action to your ds by questioning his 'wrong' behaviour, or he catches you reading his sms, your smart ds will probably start deleting sensitive sms as soon as he sends them. Eventually the only thing that is achieved will be that the trust between parent and child is damaged.
But that's just the L-F side of me talking. It may work differently for different household. -

Actually I am worse, I jalan in the museum one round and then get a place or 'trunk', sit down to start reading a book, slapping mozzies, sipping ice-cream... while waiting for the daddy and daughter pair walk/jog one round. I am made of snow.
