      Based on my past experience with Dangdang, after a set amount of time, the status will automatically be updated. My goods were supposed to be returned but the status went to ‘delivered’. I nearly threw a panic but the customer service assured me this is a system update only.


      You may want to send an email to them to inform them of the situation (so you have something on file). English is fine, they seem very able to translate my messages to them.

      Hope you get your books soon!

          ya like what hquek said, it's auto update. I emailed to DD and they still provide information to help me track my orders when it was 4wks late.

            I also ordered from them on the 31/3 but has yet to receive my book. I emailed to them and they replied that I should have received my book. They asked if I wanted a replacement or refund.

            I'm asking for the item tracking number to check with SingPost.

              This happened to one of my parcel too. I emailed to dangdang to complain. They replied and said they will investigate with China Post and asked me to wait. About one week later, I received my parcel.

                    I will give it a max of 12 weeks. if the items did not arrive, i will demand DD to refund...

                      I have email DD on 22 Apr 2011 to inform them that i have not receive my parcel and ask them to check for me.

                      with their previous email "针对此问题, 非常抱歉,您的订单已延迟,为表歉意我们会在2个工作日在您的账户中放入一张5元礼券,现提供您邮寄包裹号:RR861098019CN,您可以到订单地址的所属邮局查询包裹,同时,邮局规定包裹发货后2个月可以转邮局查询,若您的订单在4月21日您还没有收到,可以及时和我们联系。感谢您的支持与谅解!"

                      But til now, no one reply my email. I am very disappointment with DD service.

                      Any advise what can i do now?

                        I think i am very sway. :oops:


                        I just call up my CC to see whether i can file the dispute case with them and cancel the payment.

                        But CC say cannot as the timeframe is max 2 mths, but DD Delivery is also 2 mths. So as my order is more than 2 months fm 20 Feb, there is nothing they can do. 😢

                        I think my parcel is really lost, and no one want to be responsible for it now!
