Agree with Markfch! Ya lor, especially when your dd doesn't give you any headache ... If my son is only half as good as your dd, I will have saved up all my $ to dye my hair back to black (turn grey due to him lah!), cost of medication to 补血 (due to numerous blood vomiting occasions lah!) etc to buy whatever he wants!
It's well deserved. Good work should always be rewarded, especially if it comes from our children.Funx3:

My child’s books in the locker were stolen last week. Teacher was not able to find the culprit.
Wonder if anyone of you has experienced this before?
(School lockers are not safe after all. Lockers are usually locked but the form teacher of this p3 class decided to do away with locking as the children are not able to manage the keys themselves. With this incident now, she is reinstating the locking system.) -
That’s bad, with SA1 just round the corner. Even if you buy back all the books, you’ll still lose all the hand-written notes. I can understand the frustration, having gone thru the experience of ds losing his homework folder before; though he found it the next day underneath his desk.
Incidentally, my ds lost his wallet last week too. One possibility is that it’s stolen, the other likely cause is that he misplaced it since he has shown to be careless in this aspect. But this time round I just let it go because there’s only $2 in the wallet. I kept his MRT card half-expecting that this would happen.
Btw, the new font and font size is stressing out my less-than-perfect eyesight. -
was reading Nanyang Pri latest posts- P1/P2 are proposed to move to CIS while the upgrading is carried out. Morning traffic is going to be very heavy around Toh Tuck Rd.
Anyone knows when is Nanyang slated for upgrading works? Is PH still at Pei Wah Ave by then? Or also moved to Toh Tuck Rd? -
Yeah, I Agree …

Found a shortcut to this small font prob- simply choose to enlarge our view by 125% (the right hand bottom corner magnifier option at the bottom of our monitor).

It worked like a peach, thanks Jen

For the NYPS shift to CIS thingy, most likely by then your ds2 in some JC oredi. -
I am not used to the ‘new look’ here. Wonder if moderator can do something about the ‘notify me when reply is posted’ bcos I don’t like to see reminders in my inbox each time there is a new post…have to manually remove the ‘tick’ in the box.

It's only NYPS P1/P2 proposed to move to another site while old NYPS site is upgraded.
I thought CIS site will be gazetted for residential development.
