Is it applied to all NTUC outlets?

Yes, to all NTUC outlets. However, I had to go to different NTUCs to buy what I want. Nex has a broad range, you will most likely get most of your stuff there.

Can go to TOTTS at Sime Darby Centre too. They have a section on Bakeware. There’s also ingredients like Valrhona chocolate, baking paste, etc.

Pretty nice place to shop but they carry some expensive range of items too.
