Hi jj_1808,
I have been to many facial centres before too. When I was in my teenage years, I always have a lot of pimples & acnes. When come to my pregnancies, it became worst. My back also had big acne, it often burst with blood oozing out. But then after my 2nd pregnancy, miracle happened! My skin became v.good, no more pimples anymore. My skin became flawless.
4years+ after my 2nd pregnancy, my skin is till ok (as in no more pimples). But then aging appear, or is it due to exposure to sun? I did apply sun block. And I also has milia around my eye.jj_1808:
Beofre you go facial, you should ask yourself what is your main concern....normally, I can say that facial is to maintain youth and deep cleansing.
As for me, I have a lot of problems on my face since teenage and it takes me very years to get treated....it is not easy to find goods products and salon who really treat your skin....
So if you like some tips, tell me what is your main problems..... -

Have never been on a facial except for the time just before my wedding? Any places to recommend?

When I was pregnant, skin then become nice and smooth…
After give birth, skin back to normal, pimples appear as usual like before pregnancy. Think is because of hormones. -
My vainpot maid had serious freckles on her cheeks. She apply some cream over it for a month and I saw her skin peeling then voila!! Beautiful new skin. Now that she no longer work for me, I don’t know whether the freckles came back but I m sure it will be lighten for sure.

There is one place that I have been going to since I was in university and they have helped me a lot with my skin. Their products are very good but expensive. Although they seem a bit 'cheena' kind, the beauticians there are professional and there is this ampeel (I think spelt wrongly) that really works wonders haha- my frown lines are gone and open pores really almost non-existent..it is located at amk central. If you are interested, I could give you their number, the name of the shop is ibeauty. Look for Yu Mei, she is the boss.
